EVENT OVERVIEW
The Motor Fest activation at Al Reem Mall, Abu Dhabi, is a multi-week event designed to captivate automotive enthusiasts and the general public by showcasing a variety of cars and bikes. The event aims to celebrate automotive heritage, innovation, and high-performance vehicles, offering a unique experience for visitors while driving traffic to the mall.
Every Saturday evening, a Car Club Meet will be hosted on the rooftop, providing a platform for automotive enthusiasts to convene and share their passion for cars. Attendees will have the opportunity to vote for the Best Car of the Night, introducing a competitive yet friendly atmosphere.
Additionally, the UAE National Festival will be honored through special displays of government vehicles, including police cars and other official vehicles from relevant authorities, reflecting the nation’s commitment to automotive excellence.

Create a dedicated area for displaying classic, custom, government vehicles and Motorsports cars. Each vehicle will feature an interactive board that highlights its specifications, history.
BLOG ZONE ON
FIRST FLOOR
A Blog Zone will be a dedicated area within the motor show, designed to engage enthusiasts and collectors by showcasing the history, modifications, and cultural significance of their cars and bikes. This zone will feature live blog posts, interviews with car owners, and real-time updates on the event.
INFLUENCERS ON
FIRST FLOOR
Invite popular automotive influencers and brand ambassadors to engage with visitors, share their experiences, and create live content for social media.
BIKES DISPLAY ZONE
FIRST FLOOR
We aim to create a dedicated Bike Zone near the Social Stage area, providing an engaging space for enthusiasts to explore and appreciate the diverse range of bikes on display.
RC CAR ACTIVATION ON
SECOND FLOOR
Hobby Sportz will host free RC car sessions, allowing mall visitors to experience the thrill of RC driving. We also propose organizing a competition for RC clubs during the weekends, adding excitement to the activation and attracting more visitors.
CAR CLUBS MEETUP ON
FIRST FLOOR
Every Saturday from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, we will host a meetup for local car clubs, offering enthusiasts the chance to display their vehicles and network in the main atrium. Awards will be given for Best in Show, Best Restoration, and Best Modification.
